ALPINESTARS GP PRO SUIT Description - Developed in conjunction with the Honda and Toyota Teams in Formula 1, this high performance auto racing suit gives drivers the highest level of comfort, flexibility and safety. THE GP PRO SUIT KEY FEATURES: FIA Homologated 8856-2000 SFI Approved to 3.2A/5 Construction Lightweight three layer suit. 100% Nomex® outer layer with full Carbon-X intermediate layer and knitted Nomex layer for greater comfort. Full floating shoulder construction with knit fabric that stretches in all directions. Internal flat seam construction for added comfort, improved fit and a reduced internal pressure points. Engineered racing design Specially shaped arm pattern and specifically designed three panel leg construction for an increased ergonomic fit in the driving position. Ergonomic flex zones Preox stretch side panels help to give adaptable fit for different body shapes. Anatomical lumbar stretch panel provides superior flexibility. Comfort and convenience New shoulder construction, using additional Caron-X panels, gives greater padding and comfort under HANS device and belts. Underarm and sides are breathable, through the use of AC fabric which increases air-flow, freedom of movement and reduces perspiration. Back collar panel constructed with AC fabric for increased air-flow while wearing the Hans Device. Soft collar is made with knit fabric for superior comfort.
